Suggested Use:
Shake well before use. Once daily, take directly by mouth. Use the following dosage chart to assess dosage or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:

- Children (1-13 Years): Up to 6 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)
- Adults (14+ Years): Up to 8 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 20 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 80 mcg)
- Pregnant/Lactating: Up to 6 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)
